• Comfortable joining small/mid-size teams or contributing to agency-level projects where my expertise adds value.
• Flexible commitment: from 2–3 weeks of “beast mode” delivery to 2–3 years of ongoing updates (long-term). I plan rotations/breaks transparently, respect cash flow, and can adapt to future needs.
